Beta credits
Try Ryuo with 2,000 free credits when you create an account.
During the beta, each new verified account receives 2,000 free Ryuo credits. No card or paid subscription is required. Verify your email or finish signing in with a supported provider to activate your account.
The bonus is granted once per account. Signing in again does not refill it, and the credits do not renew each month. They have no scheduled expiry, and they are ordinary Ryuo credits: they join the same balance as credits from a plan.
At the end of first-time studio setup, a short welcome letter from Ryu explains the beta and how to share feedback. Dismiss it to enter your studio; it will not appear on its own again, but you can reread it with A note from Ryu on Home. The letter does not grant or refill credits.
What you can use
Use your credits for available Ryuo-hosted AI and generation tools. Different operations use different amounts; a request needs enough credits to cover its reservation before it starts. Without a plan, one hosted operation runs at a time.
Your plan decides what else you can do with your credits:
- Hobby: monthly credits for AI and generation. No cloud compute.
- Plus: more monthly credits, and cloud compute with one job at a time.
- Max: the most monthly credits, and cloud compute with several jobs at the same time.
Bigger plans can also run more generations at the same time.
To change plans, open Billing on your account page and choose Switch to the plan you want. A change takes effect at your next renewal; until then, Billing shows Switching to the new plan with its start date, and Keep your current plan cancels the change. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the paid period.
Your Unreal project and local builds remain on your own computer.
Check your balance
Open Settings → Account in the studio. Analytics opens first and shows your available credits and credits held for work in progress. These balances remain visible while activity loads or if it cannot be loaded. Details, the second tab, contains your plan and account controls.
Hover over your account icon in the title bar to see your available credits without opening Settings. These are Ryuo credits, not model tokens, and your welcome credits are already included in that balance.
The Usage page of your account shows the same balance. Credits reserved for work in progress or billing review are temporarily unavailable; any unused reservation is returned when the operation settles.
Completed work awaiting billing review
If an image or video finishes but its final cost cannot be confirmed, Usage shows Completed · billing review with a View image or View video link. Save the result while the link is available. You do not need to generate it again. Its reserved credits stay held during review, but it no longer occupies your one active job slot; you can start another job if you have enough available credits.
An interrupted job whose outcome is still unknown remains under review. Contact support if it prevents you from continuing.
When credits run out
Choose a Ryuo plan for monthly credits. There is no automatic subscription or charge when your credits run out.
If you use your own installed and signed-in Claude Code or Codex, that assistant can keep working with your local project without a Ryuo subscription or credits. Your provider's usage limits still apply. Paid generation tools called by that assistant still use Ryuo credits.
