Tell Ryu what is working, what is not, and what you would like to see next.
Open Settings → Feedback in the studio to send a message to Ryu, the founder of Ryuo. Sign in first; no paid plan or credits are needed.
Choose General feedback, Report a bug, or Suggest an idea, then write your message and click Send feedback. Messages can be 10–5,000 characters. For a bug, include what you were trying to do, what happened, and how to reproduce it.
No project files or logs are attached. Feedback is text only, but Export logs in Settings → Advanced saves the app and agent logs, with your app version and operating system, to one file. Keep it in case you are asked for it about a bug.
Your message is saved privately with your account, category and submission time. Please leave out passwords, API keys and other sensitive information.
Wait for the confirmation before closing Settings. If sending fails, your draft stays in the form so you can try again. Closing Settings or switching sections clears an unsent draft. Up to ten submission attempts are allowed per hour.
Feedback is included in your account data export and removed when you delete your account.
